This page is maintained by Live Local and describes what you can expect from us, and what we expect from the people in our communities.
Real places, real people
Every business, organization, and event we feature is a real one, serving a real community. We do not publish fabricated reviews, invented testimonials, or paid placements dressed up as recommendations.
Respect for neighbors
Harassment, hate speech, threats, and discrimination have no place in any Live Local experience. Members who behave that way lose access.
Accurate listings
Organizers and owners are responsible for keeping their details current. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it — quickly and without argument.
Events you can trust
Live Local Social events are created and hosted by us. Events from other sources are clearly attributed to the organizer so you always know who is behind the invitation.
Reporting a problem
If you see a listing, event, or member that does not meet these standards, email us. We review every report.
